My name is Robert McCully and I live in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Spiritual Nutrition . . . changing your life by changing your thoughts and diet. My dream is to share the knowledge I have gathered through study and personal experience to help you make drastic improvements in your health. I have developed an approach that takes you from where you are today and provides the information and support to move toward optimal health at your own pace! Get your friends together and schedule a Body Ecology Diet Class. I will teach the 7 body ecology principles that will change the way you eat forever. In this fun-filled afternoon, we will prepare a fabulously healthy lunch together and make cultured veggies, a staple in the body ecology diet. You will leave with a jar of “veggie kraut” and loads of information! I also teach other classes included Intro to Raw Food Prep and Coconuts 101!
Pantry Purging and Market Trips
I can help you clean out your pantry. You will learn how to decipher food labels, what equipment you need in your kitchen and I can teach you how to shop at your local health food store or produce market. The equipment you use is key. I have purchased it all and can help you from making some purchasing mistakes.
7 Day Cleansing
For clients I have worked with extensively and are ready to move to another level, I provide coaching and support for a variety of 7 day detoxifying cleanses. This is the ultimate step in making drastic improvements quickly.
